Return & Exchange Policy
Here at D'Exclusive Candle Co., LLC, all of our products are handled with care and carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be refunded or returned. However, to be eligible for a return or refund, we ask that you please send an email to us immediately with a description of the damage, along with a photograph of the candle(s) to DExclusiveCandleCo@gmail.com.
If there is any issue with your candle order, we will replace your candle.
Our return policy lasts 48 hours after the item is received by the purchaser, and it will be up to the owners discretion to replace or refund any product that is damaged during shipment, after receiving a photograph of proof of damaged item within 48 hours. If 48 hours has gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you qualify for a return or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unburned) and in its original packaging.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
